What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number (optional), and message content you provide. Our website also uses Google Analytics to measure anonymised visitor activity (page views, browser type, country), with IP address anonymisation enabled.
Why we collect it
We use form submissions solely to respond to your enquiry. Analytics data helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
How long we keep it
Contact form data is retained for up to two years from the date of submission, after which it is deleted unless an ongoing business relationship requires longer retention. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' default settings.
Who has access
Only authorised personnel at Vlive Tech Sdn Bhd access form submissions, via our email system. Google receives analytics telemetry under their privacy policy.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data we hold. Send your request to vlivetech@vlivetech.com.my and we will respond within 21 days.
